The tool supports Excel files in both .xlsx and .xls formats. All sheets in your workbook will be imported and displayed as separate tabs.
How do multiple sheets work?
When you upload an Excel file with multiple sheets, each sheet appears as a tab above the table. Click on any tab to switch between sheets. Each sheet maintains its own data and edits independently.
How does the AI rewrite feature work?
When you click the Rewrite button on any row, Google Gemini AI analyzes the content and rewrites it to be clearer, more professional, and more actionable. You can provide optional custom instructions to guide the rewriting.
Can I process many rows quickly?
Yes. Use search, quick filters, row selection, batch actions, and keyboard shortcuts to process large reports faster. You can also batch rewrite selected rows with AI.
Can I save my progress?
Yes. Click "Save Progress" to store your work in browser storage. You can restore it later from the upload screen. Your data stays in your browser.
Is my data secure?
Your Excel file is processed in your browser. Only row content is sent to Gemini when you explicitly use AI rewrite features.
