What file formats are supported?
The tool supports Excel files in both .xlsx and .xls formats. All sheets in your workbook will be imported and displayed as separate tabs.
How do multiple sheets work?
When you upload an Excel file with multiple sheets, each sheet appears as a tab above the table. Click on any tab to switch between sheets. Each sheet maintains its own data and edits independently.
How does the AI rewrite feature work?
When you click the Rewrite button on any row, Google Gemini AI analyzes the content and rewrites it to be clearer, more professional, and more actionable. You can provide optional custom instructions to guide the rewriting.
Is my data secure?
Your Excel file is processed entirely in your browser. The only data sent to external servers is the row content when you use the AI rewrite feature, which is sent to Google Gemini for processing. No data is stored on our servers.
Can I edit cells directly?
Yes! You can edit any cell by double-clicking on it or clicking the edit icon that appears when you hover over a cell. Press Enter to save your changes or Escape to cancel.
How do I export my modified report?
Click the "Export Excel" button in the top right corner to download your complete workbook as a new Excel file. All sheets with their modifications will be included in the export.
Can I save my progress?
Yes! Click the "Save Progress" button to save your work to your browser's local storage. When you return to the page, you'll see a "Restore Saved Progress" button to continue where you left off. Your data stays in your browser and is never sent to any server.
